Welcome to baldbuyers.com. By scheduling or participating in a Seller Consultation, whether online or in-person, you agree to abide by the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Seller Consultations are available only to individuals aged 18 or older.
1.2 Items must belong to the seller. Consultations involving third-party items will not be conducted without proper written authorization.
1.3 Items must fall within the categories accepted by BaldBuyers.com, including but not limited to collectibles, video games, new-old stock, and electronics.

2. Scheduling

2.1 Consultations are conducted by appointment only and are subject to availability.
2.2 At the time of booking, sellers must provide a brief description of the items they wish to discuss.
2.3 BaldBuyers.com reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments based on unforeseen circumstances.

3. Duration

3.1 Each consultation is limited to 15–30 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

4. Submission Requirements

4.1 Sellers are encouraged to upload photos and item descriptions before the consultation for efficient evaluation.
4.2 Items with unclear photos or insufficient descriptions may require additional follow-up communication.

5. In-Person Consultations and Transactions

5.1 In-person consultations are available by appointment and subject to geographic availability.
5.2 Sellers must bring all items discussed during scheduling to the consultation for physical evaluation.
5.3 BaldBuyers.com representatives reserve the right to inspect items during in-person consultations to confirm their condition and authenticity.
5.4 Sellers are responsible for transporting items safely to the agreed-upon meeting location. BaldBuyers.com is not liable for any loss or damage incurred before the consultation.
5.5 Payment for accepted items during in-person consultations will be made immediately via cash or other agreed-upon methods.

6. Valuation and Offers

6.1 All offers are based on current market demand, item condition, and resale value.
6.2 Offers are subject to change if the items do not meet the described condition upon inspection.
6.3 Offers provided during consultations are non-binding and free of obligation.

7. Exclusions

7.1 BaldBuyers.com reserves the right to decline consultations for items outside of its accepted categories.
7.2 Items deemed hazardous, counterfeit, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate will not be evaluated or purchased.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

8.1 Sellers must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
8.2 Missed appointments without prior notice may result in limitations on future bookings.

9. Payment

9.1 Payment for accepted items will be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
9.2 Payment will only be processed upon receipt and verification of the items.

10. Privacy

10.1 All photos, descriptions, and details shared during the consultation are used solely for evaluation purposes.
10.2 BaldBuyers.com will not share or sell seller information to third parties.

11. Liability

11.1 BaldBuyers.com is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during item transportation, whether physical or digital.
11.2 Sellers agree to indemnify BaldBuyers.com against claims, losses, or damages arising from misrepresented or illegitimate items.

12. Modification of Terms

12.1 BaldBuyers.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
12.2 Sellers are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates.
